An entrepreneur and multi-business owner, he helped establish Paloma to celebrate culture, expand educational opportunities, and uplift the Hispanic community—showcasing his strong commitment to civic leadership and community empowerment.

    Senior Vice President of Paloma Community Services in Conway, Arkansas. An experienced leader and community advocate, she helps guide Paloma’s mission to celebrate culture, expand educational opportunities, and uplift the Hispanic community—showcasing her strong commitment to civic leadership and empowerment.

  • Faustino Hurtado

    Vice President of Finance at Paloma Community Services Entrepreneur, financial leader, and co-owner of FYI Taxes and Insurance in Conway. He is known for his business insight and community focus, he combines financial expertise with a passion for service, helping strengthen local businesses and empower families across Arkansas.

  • Samuel Ramirez

    VP of Recruitment.
    Owner of SBR Painting - with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a talent for connecting people, he leads efforts to grow Paloma’s reach by engaging new members and partners. Through both his business and community work, Samuel is dedicated to building opportunities and fostering growth for families in Arkansas.

    Serves on the Community Outreach Committee at Paloma Community Services and works with First Security Bank. With a passion for building relationships and empowering others, she helps strengthen community connections and supports initiatives that foster growth and opportunity for families across Arkansas.

    serves as the Secretary of Paloma Community Services and is co-owner of SBR Painting and Las Delicias Ice Cream Shop.
